This is great! I never would have thought of this pairing, and you've made it make so much sense! Rosmerta providing the booze for Sybill's habit, Rosmerta in her optimistic nature refusing to believe Sybill's doomsaying...just yeah. And the stuff with Draco is creepy and very well done as well.
