There is no concealer or glamour charm on the planet that is going to cover this up. Ow.

Cover what up? Surely a pretty girl such as yourself need not cover her lovely face up like you seem to want to do.

Thank you, but this I want to cover up.

It's a black eye.

What? How? And why wasn't I invited?

Anna came over to my place for practice and I got a black eye.

I'll whip you up a potion, Iz. Did Anna escape unhurt?

Cheers, Karin. And yeah, she's alright as far as I know. I think I'm the one who's the worse for wear.

We were playing rugby Quidditch. It's just part and parcel of the game, really, as you know.

Anyway, how are you?

Oh, well then, that's all good.

I'm fine; we're trying to get my sister ready for school, she leaves in exactly a week and my mum forgot she needs new clothes.

Mum and I actually enjoy shopping together. Is your sister going to start Hogwarts this year, or is she still too young?

Anna and I were practicing well, that much is true and I got a black eye. It happens.

Maybe you should take it easy.

No offense, but I'm hardly going to listen to the captain of the opposition team when he tells me to take it easy. As far as you know we were playing Quidditch, after all. That's James's job, not yours.
