I'm afraid that it is unless there's another reason for water to turn to blood and frogs to fall from the sky. I haven't thought of one yet.

If it is the plagues, I think the people used lambs blood over their door so that the first born in that room wouldn't be taken. It's a long shot but it's worth trying.
