Happy day of gluttony!
I just want to say, food is what I'm thankful for. There should be more holidays where we gorge ourselves. Maybe then we would not fatten up as much in between. Don't most people pull that "welllll, maybe I shouldn't get seconds today since Thanksgiving is right around the corner." Or we end up in the same fatty state. Win, win!!!

Bill Nye the Science Guy is doing an appearance at UNT in February!!!!! They had to change the venue because the tickets sold out within 4 hours. They better still have tickets on Wednesday or I may have to cry. The recycle song still pops into my head from time to time. I wish they had the collections on Netflix. Houston trip
This past weekend I decided to drive down to Houston instead of the original Austin plan. I'm so glad I got to see Melly and Petty. It was like being reunited with siblings. As much as I dislike being asked about my political position and whether or not I voted, last night I made an exception. I was ringing up this woman (I think she was from Rome) and she had a bunch of kids with her. Yesterday was the first day of class. I spent more time looking for parking than I did in my actual class. I say screw $200 parking stickers that aren't even close to my building, I'm going to roll with metered. I just wish the money weren't going right back into this messed up system.
