okay this is gonna be hard:
you have too!! if you dont care for yourself and love yourself first, people cant love you/care about you. its hard, i know, but its the only way. you have to stand up for yourself and if someone starts to take advantage of you or whatever, you have to make sure that you firmly say "no" and make sure that they know that you are better than someone who is being walked on. i love you so much and i hate to see you be hurt, but putting yourself first sometimes is the only way to now be crushed.
