[Great and valid question, Remy! Wherever Sokka is, it sounds like he's running as he's broadcasting.]

It's probably safer than anywhere below deck-- I don't think the TOP of the ship is coming apart on us yet, I just know Deck 9's gone and probably some lower levels, too-- I think the boat's falling apart from the bottom up or something crazy-- I don't know! I just want to make sure everyone's safe and everyone knows where everyone else is!

[Sokka's throwing open a door somewhere in the background as he broadcasts, it slams into the wall next to him, and there's a rustle of wooden weaponry. He's grabbing the make-shift spears he has to pull the knives off a few of them.]

I know! I know, I remember what happened last time-- this-- this time, we're ready.

[Really, though, he's not sure this is a good idea at all.]

And if the boat does actually start sinking, we won't all be trapped in our rooms or anything.

Asking for a role call over the comms would be safer, but not very likely.

*Not that this plan is likely to get everyone answering to it, either, really.*

And I doubt drowning is an issue. The ocean isn't real, but whatever things disappear into seems to be.

Hiccup tried that-- got a few people. No one really listens to us-- all the adults don't really pay attention. It works well enough for us, we can get everyone we know to come find us, but-- I don't know if you can do anything.

It's the only idea I've got.
