The damage was not terrible, though a few projects would need to be restarted, once the proper tools were available again. He checked on 'Bessy,' who had taken the scanner apart and seemed to be eating it. He would have to request another one of those, as well.
He left his lab behind and followed up on his promise to visit the sickbay. When Nurse Chapel greeted him, he requested Dr. McCoy, which might have been close to manipulation, but he wanted to speak to the doctor again. Human moods were often confusing to him, but this one seemed especially worrying.
