"Direct to speakers, Lieutenant." She nodded, and the voice of an admiral spoke out.
"One of our Ambassadors, Ambassador Jocelyn Darnell, has been missing since this morning. We have reason to believe that she may have passed out of the designated areas and may be detained against her will. We are receiving no help from the colonists. I want you to organize a search party and send them to the surface before we have a severe diplomatic incident on our hands, understood?"
"Perfectly, Admiral. We will begin preparations now." He nodded to Uhura to cut the communication, before standing. "Lieutenant, advise security to equip a four man landing party with search equipment and phasers. Have them meet us in the transporter room." Finally, he let himself glance at McCoy.
"Doctor, your services may be needed."
