Well that was unpleasant. The pain- the pain could be dealt with, but his body was protesting the loss of blood. He wondered, perhaps a bit morbidly, if heading towards the sickbay was even a wise idea; on this ship, they might take it as another sign of weakness.
He did not want to know what his 'men' were doing to the attacker he knocked unconscious. One was escorting him to the sickbay, though he did not allow him to hold onto him. He could not show weakness, not more; he had nearly gotten himself killed as it was.
He stepped into sickbay with his chin held high. "Nurse. I need to see Doctor McCoy immediately."
