Well that was unpleasant. The pain- the pain could be dealt with, but his body was protesting the loss of blood. He wondered, perhaps a bit morbidly, if heading towards the sickbay was even a wise idea; on this ship, they might take it as another sign of weakness

"You will look suspicious if you accompany me." He sat up, trying not to wince even as his body had an adverse reaction to the movement. "I did not realize how careful I should be. It will not happen again."

Spock was not in much shape to argue. He followed quietly, keeping his footsteps as even as possible, in case they were seen.

As soon as they entered the lab, however, he spoke up. "You should go." He could do as much as he could possibly manage from here. That, and he did not want to get Leonard in trouble, not more than he might already be.
