I've got this brilliant idea to ease prison overpopulation. Take the prisons which actually are like holiday camps, by which i mean the so called open prisons where rich people are sent, knock down what are essentially luxury bungalow complexes with guards whose job it is to make sure the gentlemen don't wander too far away without signing the register first sir, if they'd be so kind, and build proper prisons there, it would create thousands of new spaces and mean that people going to prison actually go to prison no matter what tie they wore in the dock.
