Did this for the last projectrooftop competition, forgot to send it in, rued the day etc. Not much to say here - I just tried to tweak what was there in order to make it less embarrassing, really. Kept the fishnets because they're less horrible with the sort of padded super-shorts, and made up a better jacket. Logo's based on US police badges (Black Canary II's dad was a cop, and she was going to follow on). I have come to hate the boots, but I think I will recolour them or something - they're alright, and at least not high heeled, but maybe too drab. May also do an Ollie Queen to go with this.
