All this is rather amusing.

Such a wonderful level of trust here to think that there was no one who might take advantage of this festive air.

Mukuro-sama...

I think everyone was too drunk to even think something like that up...

Really now, Chikusa?

I think all the tension between the families finally exploded so it all came down to... drinking.

Pitiful, really.

They're a simple bunch, aren't they?

Now, what's your definition of 'advantage'?

I wasn't aware there was multiple definitions. Aside from the tennis term, I believe.

Well, there's the text book definition and there's the way each individual choses to perceive it. Guess I worded my question wrong, huh.

Perhaps that's so. But, I don't suppose it would be very interesting if I just told you what my ideas were.

Definition of "Family" and all.

But, you're hardly a member of 'the' family, as it were. And, I'm quite sure Chikusa and most of our guests don't quite consider themselves part of it.

And, well, nothing does last forever.

I...don't think it's trust so much as it is...naïveté. Or maybe I give them too little credit.

And how have you been so far, out in the open air?

Naivete's a good word for most of them, yes.

It's a better cage than the one I was in.

But is the company any better?

Better for my goals, perhaps.

I'm afraid I'm a little biased.
