I'm sorry about Hannah. As someone who has been down pretty deep, I can understand that need to leave this place behind. Unfortunately, being there doesn't give me the guide book on "what to say." I still have no words to ease the weird feeling you must have in your chest when you think of Hannah, but I hope that you can look at the world around you and appreciate it more. Maybe through appreciating it and savoring it in your mind you can pass it on to Hannah.
