Thank you, this is a fantastic idea. I am looking for anyone that wants to go in on something.

Also, an update: I just called, and the after-hours people are in now, so it might be best to wait til tomorrow morning to make sure you order what you want to.

Thank you, but I think I have a certain arrangement in mind, so unless I don't find anyone, I'm going to go with that.

BTW, if you don't mind, how much have the orders you know of totaled out to so far?

Oh, I absolutely don't want to discourage you from placing your own order! Far from it! I just didn't want you to get left out by accident.

And I have no idea how much the orders have been so far. Last time I talked to the store, they said they had a dozen or so different orders... but I think they're counting, say, mine as one--and I ordered something from me, something from one other LJer, and a big whopping arrangement from a bunch of LJers, so that's three separate arrangements. And I've got another big whopping order to place in the morning (yay!), which may be more than one arrangement by the time it goes in. I think there'll be enough to make a good showing--and I'm sure Lance will donate them to a place that will appreciate them, after he enjoys the message.

Hmm. I don't think I want to lead the entire JJB back to my LJ, to be honest. Why don't you link them to this; it has the same information and it's more public? How does that sound? Or you can just repost the info; that's fine, too.

Send me an email at my LJ addy (without_me at livejournal, etc.) and let me know how much you want to contribute and what name to put on the card for you, okay? And then I'll send you my paypal info and we'll sort it all out, but if I know how much to put in for you I'll include you on the order I place in the morning.

Hmm, I don't have anything from you yet (other than this comment). Did you put the underscore in the addy? (I know there's a withoutme on LJ as well.)

This is such a fabulous thing. What a good person you are for getting it together.

Oh, and when I called to order, they seemed VERY busy. I had to hold for at least 7 mintues to get someone. Hopefully that's a good thing! :-)
