On the good side, most people here are friendly so your time trapped in Johto won't be that bad of a thing... There are also plenty of things to do if you decide to dedicate yourself to the pokémon.

Unfortunately we're stuck here. I don't know by what creepy voodoo magic, but we're stuck. Basically the whole idea of this place is to take the creature you got and battle and make it grow levels and stuff so it gets stronger and evolves. And you can collect gym badges by leaders in certain citys.

People kinda just show up like once a week, so explanations get tossed around a lot. Heading for the next town is really all you can do at this point. There is nothing in New Bark. The place is a tooootal drag.

Yeah I noticed that after I was kicked out of the house I woke up in. Everybody just kept repeating the same thing over and over again. Not much there, in help or entertainment.
