In the last issue, Barbara officially broke it off with Dick at last, sending our lad back to mope alone in his increasingly shitty apartment. Randomly, Haly's circus called and Dick decided to cheer himself up by going home to visit his old pals. Things Go Badly.
Needless to say, Dick ends up trapped underneath a flaming support beam, dozens of helpless bystandards die, and he's forced to watch his childhood burn to the ground before his eyes.
