This is absolutely the most painful thing I've ever read. Also beautifully and sadly, realistically written.

Okay, I'm a sucker for 50s fiction, and I'm a sucker for Klaine, so this was pretty much love from the get-go, but this part just killed me:

“You’re sick, Blaine,” he whispers, brushing damp locks of hair away from Blaine’s forehead.

“I know,” Blaine says hoarsely, staring up at Kurt. “You are, too.”

It's fantastic to see characters like these who are proud of who they are and shove them into a setting where they must repress themselves to the point of exhaustion and pain.

And it's wonderfully bittersweet, I kind of died a little reading this.

In the best way possible.
