Going Where Invited

It's been an amazing few weeks. I was feeling down and depressed. Looking back over my life, missing many things I used to like -- the SCA, songwriting, novel writing to name a few -- and feeling sorry for myself I sat down at Mission San Luis Rey's rose garden to pray and reflect a bit. Haha! Oh my god, I have the visual of you with the dog in my head.

I'm glad that A girl's world is getting more attention. That's always good.

I wanna hang out at Disneyland...*cries* But, I need to save me moolah. Oh well.

:D

You know, if you think about it, "Listen" and "go where you are invited" is a pretty good way to live your life. I can certainly think of worse ways to do it.

I'm glad you enjoyed the Rutter concert! He does do wonderful music. Karen was nearly having kittens over the chance to see him in person - can you spell "idolatry"? I knew you could.

Hope the swelling has gone down by now.

Yeah! Until I get another inspiration like that, I'm going to stick with this one.

Karen was definitely having litters of kittens. Particularly when the conductor turned around and conducted the audience as a part of one of the songs. Karen said -- now I can say I've been conducted by HIM!" Serious hero worship. I can see why, though. He's a very talented man.

The dog swelling has, indeed, lessoned.
