Week 100
Wow, so 100 challenges! Thanks to everyone who's been here for ages, and also thanks to all the new people who've joined! I know we've come such a long way... When I first joined here, there was only a fraction of the participation we have now! I'd like to think that's because we are just awesome mods :D
I really feel like I should have something special planned, but I don't. So I'm just gonna wing it and try and pick out some meaningful challenges... I hope you all like them!!
Also, I hope I don't regret this, but I'll let you guys enter TWO (2) ICONS per challenge this week only!

* You may have other people in the picture, but please keep the focus on JKR.

Capture Challenge: The Chamber of Secrets
As a special treat this week, I'm going to use lots of (very hi-res) promotional images! :D

* No blending with outside pictures.
* Text and Animation are allowed.
Hunt Challenge: Book Art / Fan Art
I rarely let you guys do this, but I figured what better week to do it than this! You may use whatever book art or fan art you like, but you must link your source to me!!! Without credit to the original artist, your entry will be disqualified!
Rules of the Hunt Challenge:
* You may use any Harry Potter art you like, but you must credit your source!
* Blending, Text, and Animation are allowed.
Text Challenge: "Friends" by Elton John chosen by dumbledore_icon
I hope the day will be a lighter highway
For friends are found on every road
Can you ever think of any better way
For the lost and weary travelers to go
Making friends for the world to see
Let the people know you got what you need
With a friend at hand you will see the light
If your friends are there then everything's all right
It seems to me a crime that we should age
These fragile times should never slip us by
A time you never can or shall erase
As friends together watch their childhood fly
Rules of the Text Challenge:
* You must use at least three (3) consecutive words from the lyrics provided above.
* No words, other than the text we provide, will be acceptable in your icon(s).
* The text/font you use in your icon must be clearly legible... see examples here.
* You may use any picture you find, but it must be a scene/character from the Harry Potter movies.
* Blending, Text, and Animation are allowed.
Rules of the School:
* You may submit only two (2) icons per challenge.
* All icons must be 100x100 and under 40k in gif, jpg or png format.
* Remember to include the URL and the SRC when posting (see the example below).
* Try to keep all your challenge icons under ONE post, labeling which ones go to each contest.
* DEADLINE: Monday, April 9th @ 8pm central time zone.
* Unsure of the time difference? Compare time zones here.
