one time, i was pulling up the ramp onto Sunland Park Dr when this person with chihuahua plates decided to make a u-turn, over the median, headfirst intot he oncoming traffic from the ramp, instead of driving the extra 20 feet to the stop light where she could have u-turned

There's also the option of calling the cops to report erratic driving. Although doing so while you're also driving could end up making you drive more erratically... So yeah, posting on the internet would probably be your best bet.
