Not necessarily. There are extra charms that specify who can see certain things.

Hey Ron!
A bunch of us are going to Diagon ALley on Thursday for school stuff. I know it's a bit early but Gran likes to be organised. Did you want to come with us? You could bring Hermione and Ginny, and Harry if you kidnap him by then.
