Hmm. So I assume buying a new filled tank is not an option? Is this just a nicer way of serving the beer, as opposed to using the tap that the beer store can rent to you?
I find it hard to believe that there is only the one place in pittsburgh...maybe somewhere else has a faster turnaround time??
good luck!

Well, yeah, getting another tank is an option. But it's about a $50 option, so I'm not going to pull the trigger on that unless I have too.

I have a pump tap that I can add if the gas runs out unexpectedly, so at least I can dispense the beer.

I wouldn't expect to be able to get a faster turnaround time on the tank testing. I would expect most places send all there stuff to the same one (or few) facilities. The way the businesses that use a lot of gas do it is by just renting their tanks, so they don't have to worry about testing and refilling, the just get them swapped out when low.

Don't worry about it Jim. I'll bring my tank, if I have time I'll even get it filled. I think its a 15# tank, will have to check again. Just drop me an email to remind me before war please.
