5. If you could live anywhere in the world for one year, where would you go, and why?: Somewhere in south-eastern Africa. I have a feeling I could learn a lot of things from the people there, and I also feel like I could try to help the people there. Also, there are so many interesting places to explore and things to see.
6. Explain the significance/meaning/origin of your username: Amber is one of the prettiest things I've seen, even though it's not really that magnificent or rare or unusual. Solace... I just like the word. It makes me kinda think of a bright spot in the sun where all your troubles seem to melt away.
7. What's your favourite holiday, and why?: Halloween. It's just plain fun, and I adore dressing up.
8. Favourite three books (besides Harry Potter): Anything by Tamora Pierce, Give Me Back My Legions, and Julie of the Wolves.
9. What is or was your favourite and or best subject in school? Anatomy.
10. If you could ask JKR one question, what would it be? What are you most happy about in the entire series? Like what was the best decision she thought she made.
11. Which of the Harry Potter books is your favourite, and why?: Order of the Pheonix because of the fast pace and action. And because of Tonks, who is my favorite character.
12. If you could have the power to perform one spell, and only one spell, absolutely flawlessly for the rest of your life, what would it be and why? Protego. With it, you can protect yourself and anyone else, and no one will be able to break through it. And as soon as you see an opening, you can defeat your opponent.
13. What House do you honestly think you'd end up in, and why?: Gryffindor. I have the bravery, the protectiveness over my friends, the hardheadedness. It's all there. But Ravenclaw may be a close second. I'm a pretty intelligent person, and I'm witty when I want to be.
