Like hell if I'm letting some tinpot dictator kick me out of my new city. If anyone else needs help moving, though, I'm happy to lend a hand or help you all find a place. And, if anyone stays, you're welcome to crash on my couch if you need a place to stay. I'm also happy to help set up defensive wards on places, though most of them are things

Mazoku, the demons, are parallel to Ryuuzoku, the dragons, in my world.
Both Mazoku and Ryuuzoku come from two halves of the same coin; Mazoku from Ruby Eye Shabranigdo, and Ryuuzoku from the dragon god Cephied.
Both of THEM are from the Lord of Nightmares; the mother of all things, that which sits atop the Sea of Chaos, the embodiment of all chaos herself.
The true form of Mazoku exist in the astral plane, but they project bodies into our world.
For the case of guys like Xellos and Gaav, though, that's not the case here... well, that hasn't been the case for Gaav for awhile, but regardless...
For Xellos, he appears to be trapped in a physical body in the Digital World. Which makes him more vunerable, but without an astral body, it means our spirit shamanism spells - like, say, the Ra Tilt - aren't going to be as effective. If at all.
However, as a Mazoku, he feeds off the negative emotions of those around him. Which, in turn, means extremely positive ones can be like poison in high doses.

He's vulnerable to positive emotions? That's useful to know. Probably, at least, though somehow getting and keeping a crowd of Care Bears around as bodyguards doesn't strike me as practical.

As he is NOW? There's no way of telling.
Baring that, though, you could just get someone like Amelia to tag along with you! Very useful. From the looks of things, you could also try a Daimon.

What about objects?
I'm gonna have to explain that one. Back home, we have a couple of different types of vampires. One type, the White Court, feed off of emotions instead of blood. Different emotions depending on the vampire -- I've met ones that feed on lust and ones that feed on fear. They... well, they are kind of humans, with some type of demon or evil thing inside of them that only comes out once they get to adulthood. A bit like your buddy Xellos is now, except the demon came first, then was shoved into a human body, rather than the demon waking up inside of an adult human.
Anyway, the point of the explanation, is that the White Court, or at least the ones that feed on lust, is harmed by love and romance. Corny, I know. But, they can't feed on or manipulate people in love, and even things like wedding rings or bouquets of flowers can hurt them if they were given as a symbol of love.

I have some friends in Neon, since I'm part of MAGI. I'll ask them.

Thanks. I appreciate the help. There isn't a whole of people I could really ask as most of them live in Tetha and Laura isn't in DATS.

Sadly, now is not the time for decisive action. But be prepared... and if necessary, we can give you safe haven at DATS should the need arise.
