what do you want to study? and then... which one has the better program for that? if you don't know that yet, and believe me I'd understand, I would say Iowa just because it sounds to me like you like it more.

you're right. actually, i had thought about going into journalism initially--and MU has the better program for that. but i am so ridiculously unsure, so i don't want to go to a school based on one program. iowa has a comparable j-school, so if i do end up doing that and going to iowa, it isn't much of a loss. but.. you're right, iowa does really appeal to me. i keep imagining myself there. thank you!

My vote goes to Iowa. I just don't really like MU that much. The campus is so huge and spread out. Plus, people are douche-bags.

I don't know. Everyone seems to think that MU is just the best damn school in the fucking world. It's quite obnoxious. I think it smells funny as well. :)

without exaggerating i could say that 25% of my class is going to MU. GAH. it IS obnoxious, because everyone i talk to here that doesn't know anything about iowa says "GO TO MU IT'S THE BEST." but everyone i talk to who knows about iowa and MU says "GO TO IOWA." hah.

and it totally does smell funny. lol.

to me, it seems like it would be an easy choice for you. i think you should go with iowa all the way. i think there would be many more opportunities and benefits for you there. i mean, money is a big issue, but i don't think you shouldn't dictate what you do in a decision like this one. what's 5000 dollars in the grand scheme of things?

and plus, yeah, mu smells. a bit like the weight lifting room. a mixture of sweaty jocks and axe.

ummmm you should go to iowa, even though if you went to MU i'd get to see you way more. Iowa's better for you because it's a new experience and you seem to love them. MU is boring and stupid and gets way to much credit for it being such a stupid school. But when I'm 16 and can drive I'll be in Iowa every weekend. You can count on it. lol

:D you're nice.
you and mom are going to be practically living with me anyway. i hope you come to see me often, though... even though i'll be a junior before you can drive!

did you steal your new icon? i know i've seen it before.
