i just had a sudden urge to go play the sims. i would right this second except we kept that program on our old computer because it makes everything slow... so it's downstairs. and if i start playing it i won't stop until at least 9:30. so... hmph ( Read more... )

oh man, the sims rock. i should really stop making fun of nick and them for playing so much world of warcraft. the sims was basically my world of warcraft (and therefore my life) a year or two ago. i just couldn't stop. and then i realized that nothing really happens in the sims and that you just keep playing and playing and you get no rewards for all the time you pump into the game. it made me sad and i quit ( ... )

the sims... yeah, i was addicted too. you're not alone. i wasn't as bad as emily, though... she's spend 3 or 4 hours a night on that game. even more on the weekends :|

that's cool you got the blazer! but yeah, it WILL have to be altered. i'd offer to do it for you but i'm not really good at that sort of thing unless it's for me. hah. so. but, i sort of agree with your mom about the tux thing if it doesn't come ASAP or you can't find anything to look okay with it. and yeah, if you have to, i'll come with you. i don't think i'm doing much.

I have always been like.. destructively interested in Sims. I have never let myself play it because it's the type of game I'm certain would cause me to lose my job, get kicked out of school, etc. but I'm also drawn to it because it's so cooooool... maybe I'll try it once I graduate from graduate school. (that was a weird sentence.)

ohhhh man you are a smart one... it is so addictive. and time flies by REALLY quickly on it. if i had played last night it would have seemed like 3 hours was only 10 minutes. ridikkulus.
but yeah, try it sometime. just because. i hear sims 2 is really cool, but we only have the original version and a few add-ons.
