Good evening everyone.
By now you will all be aware of the recent events here. With the students due back later this week, I am most concerned about our security.
Most concerned.
I have therefore taken some measures to improve a few of the blind spots around the castle. You may notice a few extra gargoyles upon the roof, and some new statues placed in strategic positions around the school grounds. There are other, less obvious measures being put into place as I write.
As the murder investigation continues, expect to see more aurors around the village and outside the school grounds. Remember that they are here for a reason.
Whatever happens outside our gates, it falls to us to minimise panic, and ensure that the students continue to benefit from a stable and secure environment. Now, more than ever, we must all work together as a team.
My office will be open to anybody who might wish to discuss the recent events.
