The kitchen was tangled with white yarn. Suspended above the dining table were three pearly white balloons like spider's eggs, and the strings, attached to each of them, were threaded and wrapped around everything in sight - tangled together and criss-crossing over each other; a web.
Pinned in the doorway was a note:
The Spider's Web.
The aim of this game is to untangle your balloon faster than your opponents'. Each of you are to choose a balloon, and the first to untangle theirs receives fifty points. Inside each balloon is a prize. Have fun!
In the backyard, a lane had been marked on the dance floor, and there were ten bottles, painted white, arranged in a triangular formation. Off to the side, there were a number of pumpkins of varying sizes.
Pumpkin Bowling:
Bowling is a muggle sport. The aim of the game is to knock down as many pins as possible with each roll of the ball (or pumpkin, in this case). Each player has two throws per turn, and there are ten turns per game. The player with the highest score wins.
And of course, to top it all off, there was a self-refilling pitcher of
Graveyard, just to make the night more memorable.
