Writing about trivial things that upset you while you're upset about said trivial things is precisely the purpose of livejournals. Don't worry about what you say on lj. It's just a blog, not Holy Writ.

That's all I got... I was completely confused when I read your entry, so I can't offer any inspiring thoughts specific to this particular situation.

Garf, i totally agree with you. But that's why I get fed up with live journals sometimes. It is just a blog, but it's also a non-confrontational, passive-aggressive way to vent that a lot of people take advantage of. And it's funny, because you never know who's reading what you write. And it's really surprising who is.

Yeah, lj's can be very obnoxious. I go through phases of despising the whole system and wanting to apply a boot to the head to anybody who actually writes in it. So naturally, I write about this feeilng in my livejournal.

How ironic.

and emma, i think maybe you're misinterpreting that anonymous commenter's comment if you think that they're jealous of you for doing well in school. nobody is angry that you do well or wants you to do badly at all. look at jill and garth. they both do awesome in school too. i dont really think that's the issue.

i could be misinterpreting what he/she said, but it sounded awfully sarcastic and upset to me. i didn't think they were jealous, just angry or upset with me. i don't want to make people feel that way.
