+Finals are done. So is my sanity, I think, but that is not news. I don't know how I did. Frankly, I don't really care. Oooh, where to start? Thinking about this really kinda sparked me.

Aaaaah I love the Winged Victory. We had two hours (only two) in the Louvre when I got to go, and I probably spent twenty minutes in front of this. So gorgeous.

I saw the Bosch piece in an art book when I was little, too! My mom had a huge, full-color coffee table book of art from different movements throughout history, I poured over it when I was young. I should ask her if she still has it, it got so dog-eared and she got sick of my brother laughing at the nudes. What are the chances we looked at the same book?...

I saw her as looking bored, but I like your interpretation better since judging by the mirror the man in the hat could be the (...male) viewer-- in which case it's /us/ giving the pretty bartender a hard time. Huh, I've never seen a painting that did that to me before.
