I remember this one time we were eating at IHOP and you were talking about what if people sweat ribs. Yeah I know that was less than an hour ago, but whatever.

Well, this might be kind of heavy, but ... I've realized, with the help of a lot of recent fucked-up life episodes, that I have no control over things turning out the way I think I need them to turn out, and that they very well might not turn out the way I think I need them to turn out. I've reached the point where I have no choice but to trust God with the rest of my life as I see it. Trusting God is hard, and I almost don't want to do it, but it is the necessary consequence of being severely flawed!
In short, college has recently been such an intense time of growth for me that I am not so much happy as I am determined.
I'll be back in town for both Thanksgiving and Christmas breaks, but I might not have time to do anything over Thanksgiving. Regardless, I'd like to see you and co. next time I can!

Man, I wasn't expecting that whole thing. You might have to elaborate the next time I see you. I've been kind of messed up as of late, too. I don't think I've been to church in, like, a month and I can't really figure out why. Well, I guess I know partly why.

one of my best memories with you involves reagn and my car. when we forced you to take your shirt off by blasting country music until you removed it....
