Paris, les impressions premieres

After a week in Lausanne, i took a TGV Lyria with Chris to Paris last night. My first impressions of Paris were that it's basically like New York, but older, dirtier, and more crowded. Question for Chris: Do they assign you your official pulled-together-Parisian-woman scarf when you arrive in Paris, or do you have to come up with it yourself?

I dunno if it's ennui. It looks more like a "contemplating the proof theory of linear logic" expression to me. Though of course that's also a very French activity...!

That picture has just way too much dessert. I guess that's why Chris felt she could safely look away -- you couldn't possibly sneak it all away.
