I had a similar realisation as yours at the start of this year, that it's not too hard to find time for small stuff if I tell myself I absolutely have to. so I have a similar resolution about meditating every day -- 10 minutes, which turns into a 20 minute debt whenever I miss a day. You'd think it'd be stupid to not be able to spare 10 minutes each day to do absolutely nothing, but the structure and discipline is surprisingly helpful.
Sadly, the SIGBOVIK paper didn't come through.. glad i got the chance to write a review, though :)
Breakfast month was remarkably close at times to a hypothetical future meditation month, when i got into a routine of indulging in a calming breakfast ritual every day before work. I've continued to keep up the breakfast thing, but i think the at-home ritual breakfasts have much more personal value than the get-to-work-early-and-eat-there breakfasts.
