This was beautiful. Looking back on history always casts it in a unique perspective, especially when viewed thru the eyes of a child, for they still see the magic that adults forget as they age. A truely great loop. Hope to see more!!!

aw, that's sweet and a good representation. Manifesting the souls was a good idea!

Might I suggest that you make it more clear when we are transitioning from the class room scenes to the Sarah/Cameron scene?

WHY are the children named so? XP Who's kids are they? Who is the teacher....?

D'oh! (facepalm) The story was supposed to be italicized, but I forgot to make sure the formatting carried over. I will see if I can fix that.

My original idea was to have the class, kids and teacher, to be faceless representations of all classrooms. But then some kids started developing personalities and it felt wrong for the teacher to not use their names when addressing them, so I had to pick some names. Oh and I just thought of a great name for the teacher! Ms Weaver. :) Going to sneak that in. And why are they named after John, Sarah, Cameron, Charley? To make you wonder if there is some relationship or are they just named after famous people.
