The livejournal community inspires some very emotional outpourings. Initially I thought this was due to it's quasi anonymous nature, but I am reconsidering that position. I can now see that livejournal is not anonymous in the least. What then inspires this bearing of the sole? Peer pressure is one possibility, after all everyone else is bearing
