Wow.

I honestly wouldn't have thought it possible that the liberals (of all people) would be the first to catch on to the other major environmental trend of the 21st century. I'm quite curious to see how this plays out. Given the shoddy record of public debate so far on climate change, I don't really have much faith in the short term that ( Read more... )

Yeah..While I think the motivation behind this is self-serving, it may be the case that the routine finger pointing precipitates a real, action-oriented debate. That would be nice.

Because I agree with you, this is a can of worms that has loooong passed its 'best by' date. In fact, it's starting to stink...

To WIN!? Prosper, Grow and Thrive would all have been appropriate. That language is scary. Perhaps he sees this as a game we can win and that others will lose. If anyone loses, we all lose.

It is definitely good to see this debate starting; this is progress. Nice catch.

I think they'll start to notice when oil is $300, airplanes stop flying, and the price of everything triples. And whenever that happens, that could give Dion an advantage.
