First time for everything

Well, thanks to the constant nudging of my friends, I've decided to start up w/ a LiveJournal now to see how everything works out. At best, I've got a way to vent a bit and speak my mind, and at worst ... well, it's still a future outlet. If nothing else, this out to be an interesting experiment.
