So it's just a kind of my second anniversary of having this lj (which means it's my cotton anniversary! yay, sheets) and being actively involved in fandom. As active as I am. I mean, I still sort of consider myself a lurker, just a lurker who...writes fic. And I wanted to say a few words about that, like, howdy, lurkers, don't be afraid to get

And the cowboy one, with Arthur and Eames... That sound you hear is every last one of my buttons being pressed (okay, it needs a sniper, but OTHER THAN THAT). GUH.
Also also, i don't even watch Suits, but i've seen a couple of episodes, enough to know, and Harveyyyyyyyyyyyyy.

The cowboy one! Honestly, I really liked that scene/set-up (though it was also difficult for me to write and I'm not sure I'm entirely satisfied with it), and am bummed that we never finished that fic because it never saw the light of day. UNTIL NOW. Derp.
tbh....I have probably watched fewer Suits episodes than I should've to be writing fic for it? And I haven't watched really anything this season. Which is probably why Suits is not a fandom I wrote a lot in. I am not phenomenal at keeping up with dramas, as a general rule; I tend to either want to mainline them on Netflix or abandon them in favor of something lighter. (Right now, the shows I am keeping up with, in no particular order: New Girl, RuPaul's Drag Race, Game of Thrones, Gravity Falls.)

It's a great set-up. I'm glad you posted at least this much.
Suits seems like the kind of show that gives you pretty solid characters right away, from the ep or two i've seen of it. Not that they're two dimensional, just that they're very fully realized, flaws and all, from out of the gate. But yeah, i know what you're saying. I've started a West Wing rewatch that i have my doubts on, as i abandoned it for Justified (and once i get over this 'watch it repeatedly until you know every line while writing copious amounts of fic for it' phase, i'm planning to watch Fringe next), and other than my one drama, i'm usually watching lighter stuff - Teen Wolf, Archer, The IT Crowd, etc.

You may be right about Suits--I think USA network shows in general tend to favor that format? But I haven't actually seen many of them, so...still, that's the impression I have of their shows.
