They have approved the Apartment for my father, Or rather they have approved the apartment for Dio and my dad will "housesit" for his son in law. I will breath easier when we get the signed lease and keys. (we havent seen the apt they are all the same except for the view its basically a box, either an older box or a renovated box

So happy for you and dad! The studio sounds wonderful, it really does. I can almost FEEL the burst of pride and independence washing over your dad. Not sure if I'm imposing how *I* would feel, or picking up his feelings. But this is surely a good thing, a positive step for him.
