Summary: Patrol as usual.
Buffy felt him rather than saw him. A slow smile took over her face.
Five minutes later the smile was replace by a pout. The Slayer stopped and stomped her foot.
“Buffy is getting bored!” She protested loudly.
A small, hesitant laugh came from close behind. Angel came out of the shadows and chuckled.
“Aren’t you impatient. I thought you’d like to finish patrol first.”
“Well, my patrol’s purpose is to deal with vamps so…”
Buffy grinned and started walking toward Angel. Fight mode full on. Angel frowned a bit.
“You wanna spar?”
“Not really.”
The vampire’s eyebrows shot up.
“You wanna fight?”
Buffy sigh in exasperation.
“Stupid vampire.”
The Slayer grabbed the lapels of his jacket and showed him exactly what she had in mind.

Anya slammed the door behind herself. Her cheeks were red and her hair was all over the place.
“Ahn, what happened?”
Xander emerged from the kitchen a beer in one hand and a bag of chips in the other.
“Alexander Harris, throw those things away right now! They’re in the way of my orgasms.”
“Huh?”
“I was just having lunch with Buffy in the mall when I realized something.”
“Wait, wait! You were just having lunch with Buffy? It’s 1 am. Why are you here then?”
“Well, if you stop interrupting! I was having lunch with Buffy when I realized she is having more orgasms than me.”
Xander’s face was blank for a long minute.
“Xander!”
“Huh?”
“Didn’t you hear what I said?”
“So…you’re having lunch with Buffy and you realize she’s having…more…pleasure-“
“Orgasms.”
Anya rolled her eyes at her blushing boyfriend.
“Yes. That. And you what? Run all the way here so we can have sex right now?”
“Yes! What are you waiting for?”
“I have no idea!”
Two hours later Xander’s beer was too warm for him to drink it.

Drawn by the brightness of the power. And then they met each other and stopped in wonder. One was white, the other was tainted with red. They just were as the seconds passed by. As the magic engulfed them. And then they moved, merging. Touching every place in the other. Two bodies. One soul. Because the brightness had drawn them together.
Willow had forgotten that. Today she remembered. And she saved the world. Because her soul still held Tara’s and it was white now too.
