Nope. His last post said that he might not be around for a while - even a few months. But I don't know how he's doing or anything.

There's some Wally-esque melodrama surrounding his disappearance, from what I recall. I have posts waaaaay back from him where the LJ name was changed to, I think, djhydrox. Then came gendo2. No idea what became of him, it was kind of one of those in-group secrets in the old chat days.
