It's not often that we see tripple digit heat here in New England. The steamy summer temperatures have made my brain and body sluggish. As a result, it's been quite a while since I've written anything. I just haven't felt motivated. That being the case, I whipped this up in an effort to get the creative juices flowing again. Very nice ficlet...I hope writing it was as motivational as you intended it to be. I certainly enjoyed reading it.

Yeah it would be nice to see scantily clad Nick, Warrick and Gil cavorting on the beach. *sigh*

But Nick is not really a "bake on the beach" kind of guy. That was Gil's own little fantasy peeking out. Mine too I guess. *grin*

Nick strikes me as more active and outdoorsy. He would probably prefer hiking in Yosemite or Yellowstone.

The writing excercise had favorable results. I've got a few plot bunnies that have cropped up and are urging me to do something with them. We'll see how it goes.

Thanks. Yeah, I know there's definitely room for elaboration with this.....just not sure if it will ever come to fruition. My muse is a fickle bitch and getting her to cooperate can sometimes be a real pain in the ass.
