It's 1:14AM here and here I am fucking around on the computer again - everybody in the house except kiwitayro is asleep, and I don't have wireless on this laptop, so we can't geek next to each other. Yeah I'm really super-excited about the recording studio. I really hope it actually happens. My mom found this awesome Bamboo flooring called Dura-wood that I hope to use for the ceiling, and maybe even walls and some of the floor. It's really light, cheap, and good looking. Lots and lots of work to do! But it's OUR house! So cool!

It's odd, but it's true. Kids are awfully resilient, and I have one especially unusually tough kid... but I suppose all parents think that :)

Kids are usually better able to handle anything than most adults.
