GazettE's 10th anniversary live was second standing live on my and illusion1825 gig list. It was rainy day, but when we arrived to Chiba around noon, the line for the good was half around the building. We spent around 3 hours waiting in that line (and by the time we got to the good, some of them were already sold out). I got myself a surprise pack A.

Our tickets were A 628, 629 and because I'm Aoi's fan andillusion1825 is Reita's fan we went to their side of the stage. The A block was divided into tree blocks; one on Uruha's side, one on the middle and one at Aoi's and Reita's side. We were somewhere in the middle of our section and a really nice foreign fan let me drop my stuff next to the fence she was standing. If by any chance you're reading this I can't thank you enough!
The live started a bit later then scheduled, but that's normal. When they announced the live is about to start and have courtesy and be careful not to hurt other fans, the crowd went wild. When the music started to play we were pushed forward (it was our second standing live but, first GazettE one and Japanese fans can match European fans) into somewhere between 3rd and 5th row (we were there in that mass of people for the whole concert). Members came out from Aoi's and Reita's side of stage. There were pictures of each members from the past 10 years on side screens when they walked out (Kai, Uruha, Reita, Aoi and Ruki). On Uruha's side of Kai's drum there was a red velvet Jesus and list candles and during their small breaks it was shown on the screens.

They started with Miseinen and shiny silver stripes with the DECADE written on them were shot from the stage like fireworks into the crowd. I was surprised and happy, since it's one of my favourite songs. I remembered most of the furi I learnt in Tokyo Dome, though doing it on a standing live is much harder because of all the pushing, mass of people and not really having enough space to do it. Head banging is another thing that can get pretty painful in standing lives (head bumping together or bumping into some other part of the body). But it's a rock concert and all that goes with it. I remember picking up few Japanese fans who, were about to fall.
Energy of the live was high from the beginning with members jumping around, dancing and flirting with the crowd. I don't remember what happened during what song, because it was a long live, so I'll just write down the things I do remember. Aoi, Reita, Ruki and Uruha came closer to the edge of the stage when the guitars and bass started playing in Aka wanpi. They were really playful and moved a lot. Next was Ruki's funny dance in Haru ni chirikeri and we all did it with him (you tube 'Ruki's funny dance' and you'll see what I'm talking about). I'm not sure but I think it was during this song that Reita sat down next to Ruki (on the speaker in the middle of the stage where Ruki had his leg up) and played bass.
When Psychedelic Heroine started, Aoi came to the edge of the stage, moved his guitar to the side and slid his left hand between his legs, while having that half smirk on his face, looking at us, the crowd went wild. Ruki did his usual hip trusting and finger licking. Before Ganges ni Akai Bara started Ruki's platform lit fire and he had a rose, I don't remember what happened with it tho.
When I saw a technician handing Ruki a guitar my heart went wild, that could only meant Cassis and when Aoi started playing intro to Cassis I was so happy, it was my first song I heard form them and I fall in love with Aoi when I saw him playing the intro for the first time. I always wanted to hear it live and now that I finally could I remembered why I love GazettE so much and what they achieved. And seeing Ruki playing the guitar was always a secret wish on mine.
After Cassis probably the wildest part of the live followed with THE $OCIAL RIOT MACHINE$, RUDER, VORTEX, VERMIN, HEADACHE MAN, IN THE MIDDLE OF CHAOS and FILTH IN THE BEAUTY with loads of head banging, jumping, mosh pit-ing and crowd pushing (it was during one of this songs we were pushed into 3rd row).
When the main part of the live was over, screams for encore started almost immediately. Kai and Reita came out first and Kai had a short MC, before RIDE WITH THE ROCKERS started. This part of the live is still one of my favourite. Aoi and Uruha followed and when Ruki came in, they all went up to the drum set and Nausea & Shudder started.
I don't remember what was happening during encore, beside head banging and having fun and then finally it was time for Kantou. I love this song live so much, and even if we couldn't go on all fours it was still wild. In Kantou there are part's when you jump and at some point in the song Aoi put a hand on his lower back, pretending to be hurt and old and he sat down on Ruki's platform and played the guitar (I think he even crossed his legs) and flashed us his Aoi smile, it was so cute. Last song of the first encore was Linda with Aoi clapping and dancing.
When the encore was over, screams for another encore began, but I thought it would be over because the music started to play in the back ground, but it wasn't. This time all of them came out an Ruki had an MC. Ruki said they will play the first song they made, he looked back at Kai and said something like, you weren't with us yet and Kai smiled and then Wakaremich started.The last song they played was Shunsetsu no koro and we were all overwhelmed and singing along.
The were quite some fan service, nothing like kissing but still cute and adorable. Ruki kissed Uruha's hair when they were both on the centre platform. I didn't see if Reita kissed Uruha's thigh, but Reita was seating on the platform in the middle of the stage and Uruha was playing guitar with one leg on the platform next to Reita and I saw Reita leaning closer, but didn't see what happened.
There was a lot of back to back playing and playing face to face. Ruki being Ruki; spatting water, licking his glowed fingers, Aoi was very touchy with himself, he didn't only dance and wiggle his hips like a pro Latino dancer, but beside feeling himself up during Psychedelic Heroine tuning his back to us and tapped his ass few times. He was smiling, grinning and smirking trough the whole concert. I noticed, this time that I was close enough to see him without the screen, how when he's playing the guitar the corners of his lips turn upwards and you can see how much he's enjoying being on stage playing guitar, one of the reasons I love and respect him so much.
Reita was showing his tongue and got his ass 'kicked' by Ruki after one solo (Ruki 'kicked' his ass, but didn't actually hit Reita). Aoi came behind Reita and tried to untie his nose-band but Reita felt it and turned around and Aoi just grinned. Kai trying to slap Uruha's ass during final MC.
This is what I remember from the MCs, I think most of this is from the main MC and the final MC before goodbye. Ruki thanked us for coming and for 10 years. He told us how they began in a cafe in Meguro (if I got that right). Each member had to tell something and when the mic came to Aoi and Reita they did rock, paper, scissors to decide who will speak first. What was said was posted before, but all of them thanked us, and said how it wasn't easy 10 years. Reita and Ruki both talked about continuing for another 10, 20, 30 years.
When it was time for a good bye, we all held hands. Aoi and Reita didn't want to, because their hands were sweaty and they wiped them on their pants before holding hands, we crouched really low before jumping into the air.
After the jump, Reita threw his picks and went off stage. Aoi threw picks, towel(he wiped his face before throwing it), his hand towel and water bottle. Kai threw his drum sticks and Uruha threw his pick, I think. Ruki picked up his bottles and threw them. While Uruha, Kai and Ruki were throwing their stuff Aoi came back to the stage with GazettE towel wrapped around his shoulder and ran across the stage grinning like a kid.
Then the announcement about new album, Heresy standing live tour and new tour part 01 were shown (I'm hopping that tour 02 will be Europe or a world tour... and not just another country wide tour like it was the tour before Tokyo Dome).
All and all it was another amazing live, tho there were moments when I felt like something is missing, I can't say what, but I got the same feeling while I was watching their performance at Izuma Rock Festival. But as I said live as a whole was amazing and after the live both me andillusion1825 were tired, sweaty but satisfied.
