You've gotta really hold out on the double-spacing. You can't be checking all the time or else you lose all the magic.

yea, that's definitely true... it's just I'm running out of things to say and it HAS to be 50 pages or the teacher won't accept it, so I've got to keep checking.

The reason it doesn't truly 'double' space is two things, one there is already a small amount of space between the lines, otherwise you wouldn't be able to read the words, that space gets added to enough space to make it wide enough to be the same width as a line of type, also there are no spaces added at the beginning and ends of pages, the margins will always stay the same in single and double space.

It's terrible lies and everyone who has written anything longer than 5 pages hates it.
