--Opinions--
Abortion: I'm pro-choice because it's not always the case of teenagers fooling around and get pregnant, sometimes its rape, sometimes a woman gets pregnant unexpectingly and she isn't fit or ready to give birth to a child, or sometimes she has serious risks for the child's life. I do not believe they should make this illegal, but I really don't think you should just go and get one right away I mean think about it, don't just kill something growing. I don't know what it's like to have something growing inside my body and I don't know the emotions so I can't really tell you what I would do in that case but...I do know i'm pro-choice, for sure.
Gays: This issue gets me upset because so many people are so ignorant about it and against it. I am all for it. Ya know I have gay and lesbian friends and their so sweet, generous and kind and basically like every one else on this planet just like the same sex there is nothing wrong with it at all. I don't believe this should be an issue, I hate how it's such a big deal why should any law have the right to take away love from someone? That's wrong. I'm all for it and i'm supporting the marriage and them.
Drugs: I'm sure everyone has or are going to try these in their life, maybe not big ones but probably pot. All I know is I wouldn't suggest getting involved with them because i've seen it happen, I have friends who go through at age 17,18 and I have friends who their moms or dads are going through it. Drugs change your life, they don't make your life happy at all, they change how you think and how you act and your life slowly has dramatic changes and you could end up in jail, rehab it's not fun, I wouldn't suggest getting attatched to them no matter how much fun you think your having because that fun will harm you in the end.
Drinking: This basically makes your life go down and have dramatic changes to it as well. Again I'm sure everybody will experience trying it sometime in their life but..alot of my friends parents are alcoholics and my friends are saddened by it because their parents think it's "fun" and it's not and they don't even want to get help because their so addicted to it and want to keep having "fun" with it. I don't suggest anyone to get involved with it because it will all kill your body and your self image in the end, maybe not always but...it's not a good thing to be addicted to at all.
Sex: I'm not against it, but I think you should be at the right age and time to be having it. No 13, 14, 15 year old should be experienced enough emotionally to be having sex that young, it's a shame that alot of girls that young are doing it because alot of the time they end up pregnant and thier lives get stopped. Alot of times they don't know what the hell sex is even about their just doing it to be "cool". If your going to have sex make the right time for it, we all have our whole lives ahead of us....let's just wait for things like this that way it means a whole lot more. I think sex should be a meaning and i'm proud to be a virgin at 16 because oneday i'll have the best time with the best guy out there and ill be happy.
Cutting: I could totally understand why a teenager would want to cut themself, things are bad for them in life....but...don't do that because it will never solve things, I would hope you would get yourself help and...hopefully be okay in the end because I don't believe anyone depressed deserves to die. It's tough in life and...cutting isn't a way to cure your problems. Seek help.
Music: Music is such a big importance in my life. I think alot of music is soothing for everyone's mood and it increases are happiness if your sad or mad ya know you put in a cd of your favorite singer or band and you just feel happy again because the sound of it rocks. I just love music so much it's a passion of mine and I really want to be appart of the music buisness in time as a singer/song writer. Its great.
