How interesting! I always thought it was torturous for Merlin to always remember, to always find his King but Arthur sometimes remembers, sometimes doesn't (choose to.)

Tis an excellent piece for something done in 30 minutes! Since you've hinted around at both Arthur "dressed to the nines," and Merlin's "He shaved this morning, out of courtesy for his agent" day job and the intricacy of the history behind them and the future before them, I think it could be expanded to make into a BB justsoyouknow into a larger story one for BB.

The urgency in which Merlin runs reminds me of when he was draped in Pendragon cloak and colors as he lead bandits into a trap so have another kudos for providing another instance their past lives intertwines with their present.
