I am obsessed with stars at the moment, thanks to Sufjan - Star of wonder and Patrick - The Stars. Both beautiful songs. The other day at supershop Sainsbury's I was saving the world as usual, one organic product at a time. I picked up organic yogs and organic pasta. In my curiosity and blank-mindedness I checked out the organic pasta for the ingredients. It didn't occur to me until a week later that 100% durum wheat pasta would contain just that.

Why?

WHY?
