In Jerome K. Jerome's Three Men in a Boat a doctor prescribes the hypochondriac narrator: "Don't stuff up your head with things you don't understand." I've never been good at this. Actually the prescription goes:
'1 lb beefsteak, with
1pt. bitter beer
every 6 hours.
1 ten-mile walk every morning.
1 bed at 11 sharp every night.
And don't stuff up your head with things you don't understand.'

Personally I believe that if more doctors were willing to write those kinds of prescriptions (and of course if people would follow them) the world would be a much better place.

Sadly, I have no ununderstandable things for you to ponder.
